I agree to fulfill the obligations of membership and to follow the PURE STODGE TOURING ASSOCIATION’s by-laws and all laws of the State of Iowa or other relevant jurisdiction relating to the operation of motorcycles or other motor vehicles on the public roadways or other places when acting as a member, officer or representative of PSTA during any event or other activity sponsored by or associated with PSTA. I understand that my failure to act in accordance with these requirements may serve as grounds to terminate my membership in PSTA by the proper authorities of the Club.

Riding a motorcycle is a dangerous activity and presents the risk of serious injury or death. I know and understand the risk of danger to myself and my property while riding a motorcycle. With that knowledge, I accept those risks for myself and hereby release the PURE STODGE TOURING ASSOCIATION and its officers, directors or other persons acting in their capacity as members or representatives of PSTA from any liability whatsoever for any injury to property or person I may suffer, including crippling injury or death, when engaged in any event organized or sponsored by or associated in any way with PSTA or its members. I hereby grant permission to PSTA to use photographs and/or video of me at events in publications, news releases, online, and in other communications related to the mission of PSTA.
